Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders: Shipping is free across India.
Delivery to Identified Person
Provide accurate recipient details, including government-issued photo ID, address, landmark, pin code, and contact number. At delivery, the recipient must present one of the following IDs: Passport, PAN Card, Driver's License, Voter’s ID, or Aadhar Card. The courier will verify and record these details.
Delivery Location
Deliveries are made to residential or work addresses, or nearby WITE & GOLD showrooms. Public places are not eligible for delivery.
Change in Shipping Address
Orders can be tracked via the My Account section on our website. Address changes can be requested via email to info@witengold.in before shipping.
Shipment Discrepancy
Inspect your package upon receipt. Report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 72 hours by emailing info@witengold.in.
Damaged Products
Contact us within 72 hours if you receive a damaged parcel. Keep the parcel and product intact for investigation. Delayed reporting may result in non-acceptance of the complaint.
Missing Products
Report missing items within 72 hours after inspecting the package. Failure to do so may prevent us from addressing the issue.
Non-Receipt of an Order
Track shipments using the provided tracking ID. Report non-receipt within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation email. Failure to report in time may result in denial of the complaint.
